Wine Doors and Vision Lights
The 1000 Series is a modular steel and glass door and vision light system designed for temperature-controlled wine enclosures. The system combines simple architectural detailing with thermal and structural performance suitable for conditioned interior environments.
System Construction:
- Doors fabricated from 1-1/2” × 1-1/2” mechanically joined, thermally enhanced steel members
- Four-sided, core-filled steel door frame, fully weathered
- 1” × 2” modular steel framing system supplied factory pre-glazed
- Modular construction allows coordinated integration of doors, vision lights, and fixed glazing
Glazing:
- 3/4” insulated clear tempered safety glass
Hardware (Standard):
- (3) 4-3/4” Welded Barrel Hinges
- 12” offset square pull handle – Single Side
- Proprietary magnetic / ball-bearing catch
Options:
- Machined, core-filled 90° corner posts
- Core-filled wall posts
Installation:
- Factory pre-glazed modular/ pre-hung assemblies
- Installation hardware provided
